Final Blade – NCsoft announces rare mobile title for South Korea

I can’t seem to remember when was the last time NCsoft had a proper mobile game in South Korea, since right now the available mobile apps are just companion apps for the company’s PC online games. This is about to change however, as NCsoft recently announced its first mobile game in a long time, Final Blade. NCsoft is apparently the publisher, though the developer was not mentioned.

Based on a fantasy oriental background, the game is mostly done in colorful and vibrant 2D format, and boasting around 180 characters for players to collect and form their teams. Gameplay is not hack and slash, but looks similar to the tried and tested format of “wait to skill cooldown before pressing” found in games such as Seven Knights. There is also a massive 5-team (25 characters) boss raid!
