Megaupload back and better than the original, claims Kim Dotm

Come January 20th next year, Kim Dotcom's file sharing site Megaupload will be back and 'better than the original'.

In Kanye West like fashion Dotcom fired away a number of revealing tweets on his personal Twitter account, filling his followers in on all the details.

This information comes at an interesting time, U.S. authorities are currently in the midst of trying to extradite Dotcom to face copyright infringement charges.

It's reported that Dotcom, who is based in New Zealand, has since appealed the extradition and will appear in court in August.

Megaupload 2.0 arrives not only in the wake of the original Megaupload, but Mega NZ as well. In 2013 he created the cloud storage service, but soon after disowned it with claims that Chinese investors had taken over.

"Mega NZ is dead! Download limits. Chinese ownership. Funding issues. No Kim Dotcom. Megaupload 2.0 will change the game," he posted on Twitter.

Dotcom has also hinted that bitcoin will have a part to play in the new site too.

"I can tell you that Megaupload and Bitcoin had sex. There is a pregnancy and I have a feeling that the baby will be such a joy," Dotcom shared.

"In the coming weeks and months there will be some big announcements from partners of the new Megaupload. Stay tuned, right here."
